Software for Scientific and Regulatory Excellence.

BryNaxa gives pharma and biotech teams the checks and statistics behind work that has to stand up to review — stability and shelf-life, eCTD submission pre-flight, and CMC data-integrity. Every result is computed from a published method, the same way every time, and installs in-house — on your company's own server, private cloud, or desktop — private, with nothing leaving your network.

The applications

Every application, in detail.

Each is a standalone Windows application you install in-house — on your company's own server, private cloud, or a desktop — and it runs fully offline. Take only the ones your work needs — licensed per application, per machine, or per site.

BryNaxa Stability

Turns your stability data into an ICH Q1E shelf-life estimate — least-squares regression across the time points, a poolability test that decides whether batches can be combined, and the exact point where the one-sided lower confidence bound crosses your specification limit. It reports the estimate, the model, and the assumptions behind it, computed the same way every time.
It adds process-capability indices (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk) against your limits and control charts that flag out-of-trend points before they become a deviation. Every figure, the fitted method, and the numbers behind it are written into a single filable HTML or Excel report you own — no manual Excel, no copy-paste, no method drift.
Two tiers: Standard — the on-screen analysis and the filable HTML/Excel report; and Validation-Ready — the guided qualification package: IQ/OQ evidence and a re-verifiable Validation Record to support your own validation. Installs in-house on any Windows machine you control — server or desktop.

On-screen analysis is free, always. The filed HTML/Excel report includes 5 free exports (watermarked), after which a licence makes it clean and unlimited. The Validation Report is licensed from first use — no free run.

BryNaxa eCTD Validator

Pre-flight a complete FDA eCTD submission on a Windows machine your company controls — an in-house server or a desktop — before it reaches the gateway — a single sequence or the whole application. Supports both eCTD v3.2.2 and v4.0, detected automatically, and every finding cites the exact FDA rule and its published severity.
It checks folder structure, file naming and checksums, XML validity against the ICH schema, FDA controlled vocabulary, the study-data rules that trigger automatic technical rejection, and document quality inside the PDFs — broken links and bookmarks, non-searchable pages, unembedded fonts, and security.
Four tiers: Free document checking, Standard sequence validation, Professional whole-application + study-data checks, and Gold — the Validation-Ready guided qualification package. Installs in-house on any Windows machine you control — server or desktop.

Free single-document checking, always. The full sequence and submission checks each include five free runs on your own package before a licence.

BryNaxa Study Data

Checks SDTM and ADaM datasets and their Define-XML metadata against CDISC conformance rules and controlled terminology, reporting findings by severity — the same class of checks a study clears before its data reaches the FDA.
Reads and writes the XPT and Dataset-JSON transport formats along the way.
Programming / Data management

BryNaxa Diff

Compares two versions of a delivered dataset or document package — successive CRO deliveries, or before and after a fix.
Produces an itemized, audit-style change report: every file, variable, row, and value added, removed, or altered. No more comparing deliveries by eye.
Quality assurance

BryNaxa Workbook

Inspects a GxP spreadsheet for the data-integrity red flags an auditor looks for — hidden sheets and rows, unprotected or overridden formulas, and hard-coded values where a calculation should be.
Flags results that no longer match their own formula, and surfaces them against ALCOA+ expectations before an inspector does.
QA / Document control

BryNaxa SOP

Reads across a set of SOPs and controlled documents and maps every cross-reference between them.
Flags the ones pointing to a document number that no longer exists, an obsolete version, or a requirement that contradicts another SOP — a manual document-control review in a single pass.
Regulatory / CMC

BryNaxa CMC Reconciler

Verifies that every number agrees across a CMC submission — the Module 3 and QOS narrative, specification tables, certificates of analysis, stability tables, and batch data.
Reads each source and flags every value that doesn't reconcile, deterministically, so a transcription mismatch is caught before a reviewer finds it.
R&D lab
Cell biology / QC

BryNaxa STR

Authenticates a human cell line by matching its STR profile against the public Cellosaurus reference — the international reference method journals and funders increasingly require.
Returns the identity, the match score, and the exact loci that agree or conflict, so contamination or misidentification surfaces before it reaches a figure.
Genomics / Data

BryNaxa Gene

Scans a spreadsheet for gene symbols and accession numbers that Excel has silently converted into dates or numbers — the corruption documented in roughly one in five genomics papers with supplementary spreadsheets.
Checks each symbol against the HGNC reference and reports which cells were mangled and what they should read.
Bioinformatics

BryNaxa VCF

Pre-flights a VCF against the current specification and, critically, against its reference genome — confirming the declared build, contig naming, and REF alleles actually match.
A file built on the wrong genome fails at your desk instead of producing silently wrong annotations three steps downstream.
Molecular biology

BryNaxa Plasmid

Compares a plasmid or construct's annotated features against its actual sequence (GenBank or FASTA) and flags every place the map and the DNA have drifted apart.
Features at the wrong position, lost after an edit, or no longer matching the sequence they label.
A closer look · QC & CMC

Every application goes this deep. Here is BryNaxa Stability.

Load your batch data and you get the shelf life, the capability numbers, and the plots behind them. The statistics follow ICH Q1E and run the same way on every machine.

STABILITY & QC STATISTICS
  • Shelf life, by ICH Q1E
Fits the regression, tests whether your batches pool, and finds where the lower confidence bound hits your spec.
  • Process capability
Cp, Cpk, Pp and Ppk against your limits, with a clear read on whether the process is centered.
  • Out-of-trend
Control charts catch points going out of trend before they reach your summary.
  • The plots
Regression, capability, control chart, normal probability and residuals, drawn to go straight into a report.
  • The report
Method, inputs and results in one file, as PDF, Excel or HTML. Yours to keep and file.

BryNaxa Stability supports work you are already responsible for. It does not replace your validated systems or your judgment, and it makes no regulatory or compliance determination.

A closer look · R&D lab

The same rigor for the data behind your research.

Bad reference data is quiet. A misidentified cell line, a gene symbol a spreadsheet turned into a date, a VCF built against the wrong genome — none of it announces itself, and any of it can cost months. BryNaxa's R&D applications catch these before they spread.

CELL LINES · GENOMICS · SEQUENCE FILES
  • BryNaxa STR — cell-line authentication
Matches a cell line's STR profile against the public Cellosaurus reference and gives a clear authenticated-or-not answer, with the loci that agree and the ones that don't.
  • BryNaxa Gene — spreadsheet safety
Scans a spreadsheet for gene symbols and accessions that Excel has silently changed into dates or numbers — a problem found in roughly one in five genomics papers — and returns exactly which cells were affected and what they should read.
  • BryNaxa VCF — pre-flight
Checks a VCF's genome build, contigs and reference alleles before annotation, so a mismatched file fails on your desk instead of three steps downstream.
  • BryNaxa Plasmid — annotation drift
Compares a plasmid map against its own sequence and flags every feature where the annotation and the DNA no longer agree.

Illustrative results. BryNaxa's R&D applications support your own review and reproducibility checks; they do not replace your judgment or make any determination on your behalf.

How it works

Four steps. Everything stays in-house, on your own infrastructure.

Every application in the suite works the same way, so once you know one you know them all.

01

Select

Point the application at your file or folder. It reads it right where it is.

02

Analyze

The calculation runs on your machine, the same way every time.

03

Review

Check the result, the plots and the assumptions before anything is final.

04

Export

Save the report as PDF, Excel or HTML and keep it in your own systems.

Why self-hosted

Three things we do not compromise on.

For regulated work, where your data goes and whether a result can be defended matters as much as the answer itself.

Your data stays with you

Nothing leaves your infrastructure. The software works with your files where they are and writes the report there too.

The same result every time

The calculations come from published methods and run the same way on every machine. You can trace the numbers and stand behind them.

Reports you own

Your results are plain files you keep in your own systems. No portal to log into, no subscription to reach your own data.

About

Built by BryNaxa.

BryNaxa makes in-house software for regulated life sciences — the QC, CMC, regulatory and R&D work where the data is sensitive, the methods are set by guidance, and the result has to stand up to review.

Most software in this space has moved to the cloud. BryNaxa takes the other route on purpose. The software runs in-house on your company's own infrastructure — a server, a private cloud, or a desktop you control — your files never leave it, and every result comes from a published method computed the same way every time. What you get back is a report you own and can defend. That is the standard we hold across the whole suite.
