Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 July 2026
The short version: this is a plain informational website. We don't run advertising or tracking, we don't ask you to create an account, and we only receive personal information if you choose to email us.
Who we are
This site is operated by BryNaxa, a brand of ConEcomAI, LLC ("BryNaxa," "we," "us," or "our"). You can reach us at [email protected] with any question about this policy or your information.
What we collect, and why
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and respond to you.
- If you email us — for example through a "Request access" or "Contact" link — we receive your email address, any name you include, and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to follow up about access to our tools. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.
- When you download an application — we ask for your name, company, and work email, and we record the download (which application, the date and time, and standard technical details such as your IP address, approximate location (city and region, from your IP), and network provider). We use this to deliver the software and to contact you about BryNaxa licensing and updates. We don't sell it or use it for third-party advertising, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
- License activation. When you activate a paid license, the application connects to BryNaxa to activate your license.
- When an installed application checks for updates — the app contacts brynaxa.com to ask whether a newer version exists, and we record the check (which application and version, the date and time, your IP address and country, and the request's standard technical headers). Your data and your work never leave your machine; the check carries only the tool and version identifiers. Updates are never installed automatically — the app only shows a notice, and you decide.
- Server logs — our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time. This is used to serve the site reliably and to protect it against abuse.
- Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those files from Google's servers. That request includes your IP address and is handled under Google's own privacy practices.
Cookies
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't use cookies to track you across sites. Our hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site secure and available.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. The only third parties involved in running this site are our hosting provider (which serves the pages and keeps the logs described above), Google Fonts (which delivers the typefaces), and our email provider (which carries messages you send us). We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.
How long we keep it
We keep emails you send us for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our correspondence with you, and we delete them on request. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and reliability.
Your choices
You are never required to give us personal information to read this site. If you have emailed us and would like to know what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, contact [email protected] and we will act on your request. Depending on where you live, local data-protection laws may give you additional rights; we will honor valid requests under applicable law.
Children
This site is intended for professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
